Ingredients : - Pieces of whole foie gras, - Small ratte potatoes from Noirmoutier.
Peel the potatoes and place in a pot of salted cold water. Bring to the boil and leave to cook for 10 minutes. Drain, run under cold water and leave to cool. Cover each potato with a small piece of whole foie gras. Sprinkle with sea salt and poppy seeds. You can also parcel it together using a chive.
